Refund & Returns Policy
We want you (and your dog!) to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Can I Return My Order?
Due to the perishable nature of our natural dog treats, we do not accept returns. This includes items that have already been delivered, even if unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
What If There’s a Problem with My Order?
If your item is:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect (e.g. you received the wrong product)

Faulty or expired upon arrival
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll need a photo and a brief description of the issue.
Do I Need to Send Anything Back?
No—if your item qualifies for a refund or replacement, there’s no need to return it. We want to keep things simple (and we don’t expect your dog to give it back!).
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved, we’ll either issue a full refund or send a replacement product free of charge—your choice. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
